The Project Steering Committee (PSC), or the Project Management Board (PMB), is set up within the context of the CITD programme and has the responsibility for policy guidance and coordination between all Government Departments, institutions and other stakeholders benefitting from the project activities. The PSC oversees and validates the overall direction and policy of the project.
The PSC has reviewed and endorsed the OWP and AWP 2015 presented for implementation of the technical assistance activities envisaged in this document. The PSC will also review and endorse the AWP 2016 and assist in facilitating and monitoring the overall project implementation.
The PSC had its meeting in New Delhi on the 20th of April 2015 at the end of the project programming phase (February 2015 - April 2015). At this meeting, the PSC approved the Overall Work Plan (OWP) presented in this document and the Annual Work Plan (AWP) 2015. (covering April 2015 to March 2016).
Overall five PSC meetings took place throughout the project´s timeline; consequentially three AWPs were produced on a rolling basis by the PMT and submitted for approval at subsequent PSC meetings. Their implementation lead to observable results portrayed in each of the reports presented at the PSCs.
