From 11 to 14 December 2017, a four day consultation meeting with CGPDTM and EUIPO experts took place successfully in Kolkata. One EUIPO expert went on a mission to India.
The objective was to provide technical information to the CGPDTM examiners and officials performing tasks related to Industrial Designs (examination/invalidity) and exchange views so as to explain the benefits, functionalities and the potential advantages of the Harmonized Data Base of Product Indications (HDBPI) and Designclass.
